Cassandra is the Senior Editor of CUSTOMER COMMENTARY and has an extensive background, with a Master’s in Journalism and nearly 20 years of experience as a reporter for multiple publications.
She’s done a lot of freelance reporting and writing and is working on a book about gardening. Really.
Mark Oversmith:
Mark’s past life as a high school History teacher gave him a feel for the “real world” implications of what young adults see and hear and how it is communicated to them.
He returned to college about 10 years ago to get his Journalism degree, and he enjoys bringing his insight to CUSTOMER COMMENTARY.
Kelly Jenkins:
Kelly is the new to the team and her enthusiasm is contagious!
As someone who’s moved a lot, she brings a news perspective that is often missing when someone has only seen THEIR part of the country. We’re glad she’s joined us!
